He has spent 30 years mastering the complexities of high speed cinematography capturing the beauty, appeal and performance of food, beverage, product, actors and lifestyle optimising the style, look, movement and capture control to maximise the impact of taste appeal moments. Mark is a specialist in macro and high speed food, liquid and tabletop cinematography, motion control and robotic camera rigs, lenses, lighting and food, liquid, products sequences as well as for performance, visual effects, animation and post production techniques. He employs his practice in image direction and production design alongside his precision craft in cinematography to capture infinitesimally detailed moments encapsulating the totality of brand heritage, story and product appeal.
